Dear Ms. Lee,
The family of Rose Eleanor Stark want to thank the members of the Brightview community for the wonderful care and services provided to our Mom. We are very sorry that Mom requires more care at this time and needs to move to a full care facility.
Everyone on the staff was always helpful to us and had a cheerful attitude. We were impressed with the activities available. Mom really liked the people she interacted with there. The facility itself is impeccable, and more importantly, the staff is caring. If you ever have prospective clients who are hesitant about the care provided at Brightview, any member of our family would be more than happy to give you a positive referral.
In writing a letter such as this one, inevitably, someone gets overlooked. If you know that to be the case, please share this letter with them and let them know that they indeed made a difference in someone's life.

We would like to take the time to thank you for all you did for our mom, Naomi Smith. She Enjoyed the three and a half months that she spent here. The food almost had the home-cooked taste, especially the fried chicken. The staff were most helpful and always pleasant. The many smiles and friendly voices brightened the day for a nearly blind lady. The many friends she met and made brought joy to her, even those who only said, "Good Morning". She looked forward to returning to her new home, and we were making plans for her return. But a 95 year old body, can only last so long. We will also miss seeing her many friends and the warm staff.

I want to thank you and the entire staff at Brightview for the wonderful care you gave my father during his brief stay. He expresseed many times to me how happy he was to be living in such a home like environment. I always felt confident that he was getting not only the medical attention he needed but also was surrounded by caring people who from the very beginning made him feel like he belonged to a family. He was never alone like so many his age and I think that went a long way to keeping him well and increasing his quality of life. Once again, thank you and I will surely recommend Brightview, White Marsh to every one I know.

My mother has been a resident at Brightview White Marsh for almost three years, first in Assisted Living and now in Wellspring Village. As an only child with full responsibility for my mother's well being and all of her affairs, I can only say that I started to sleep again when she moved to Brightview. The facility is beautiful and spotless; the activities are geared to all interests; and the dining provides plenty of variety. All of these clearly are important. But more important to me and to Mother is the unequaled caliber of the staff at all levels. I cannot imagine that anyone could be more kind, attentive, and caring than the Brightview White Marsh staff. Besides taking great care of Mother, they take great care of me, too. From the moment I first walked in the door, searching for a new "home" for Mother, to the difficult day when it was determined that she needed a more intensive level of care in Wellspring, the Brightview team has provided me unending and nurturing support. I am most grateful for all that Brightview is.
